About the Role
Reporting directly to the C-Suite executive, you will be responsible for the end-to-end operational performance of some of the world’s most recognised automotive brands. This role is critical in ensuring seamless sales, after-sales, service operations, and parts & accessories distribution across the Kingdom.
You will lead and develop a team of approximately 400+ professionals, optimise efficiency, and drive customer satisfaction and profitability. Your leadership will be instrumental in scaling the business, ensuring competitive market positioning, and enhancing overall performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee vehicle distribution, sales, after-sales operations, ensuring efficiency and profitability
- Drive sales strategies, dealer engagement, and market share growth
- Enhance customer experience, retention, and service quality
- Optimise P&L performance, cost efficiencies, and revenue generation
- Bridge the gap between high-level strategy and frontline execution, ensuring business objectives are met
Who We’re Looking For
This role is tailored for senior automotive professionals who have successfully led multi-brand, multi-site operations at a Regional Director, Operations Director, or Group General Manager level. The ideal candidate will have:
- 10+ years’ leadership experience in automotive distribution or retail group.
- A proven track record of leading large teams and optimising operations.
- P&L responsibility experience, with a strong ability to drive financial performance.
- A strategic mindset with a hands-on, execution-driven leadership style.
