We are seeking an experienced and driven Service Manager to join one of Saudi Arabia's leading and most innovative automotive dealership groups. If you are currently working as a Service Manager within an automotive dealership and are based in Makkah or Ar Riyad, this could be the perfect opportunity for your next challenge.

The Role
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the service department, ensuring the highest levels of efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Drive service sales and profitability, meeting and exceeding dealership targets.
- Develop and implement processes to improve workflow, productivity, and quality.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of technicians and service advisors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing exceptional service and resolving issues promptly.
- Monitor and manage performance metrics, including customer satisfaction scores, workshop efficiency, and revenue targets.
Ideal Candidate
- Proven experience as a Service Manager within an automotive dealership.
- Strong understanding of workshop operations, customer service, and dealership processes.
- Currently residing in Makkah or Riyadh, with a willingness to embrace a fresh challenge.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and develop staff.
- A track record of achieving and exceeding targets in a high-performance environment.
- Passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences.
