Role Details

Our client, an established car dealership is hiring a Service Manager to manage their service department.

Operating from a fantastic aftersales facility, you will be responsible for leading a multi-national workforce towards the achievement of operational targets within the business and exceeding the customer and the manufacturer’s expectations. Experience of managing a service department in Kuwait, Bahrain, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia or the UAE would be ideal for success at this passenger car dealership.

Requirements

  • Service Manager in a franchised car dealership for at least three years
  • Arabic (as a first language) is essential as you will liaise with local customers whose converse in Arabic
  • Full understanding of setting annual budgets for the department
  • Ability to analyse aftersales KPIs to review performance and take the required steps to improve them
  • Confident managing confrontational and challenging customers
  • Passionate about success and exceeding expectations

The Package

$59,000 Tax Free salary package plus company car, annual flights, healthcare, family status and a KPI and business performance based incentive scheme.
