The Role
- Welcome customers and manage the service reception process
- Accurately log service requests and communicate repair needs
- Liaise between customers and workshop teams, ensuring smooth workflow
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
- Prioritise tasks and manage time efficiently in a busy environment
Candidate Profile
- At least 2 years’ experience in a dealership service advisor role
- Fluent Arabic speaker: English proficiency is advantageous
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong time management and multitasking abilities
- Customer-focused with a proactive approach to service
