We are currently seeking experienced Service Advisors to join our client’s passenger car dealership in Jeddah.
This is an exciting opportunity for individuals with a strong background in automotive aftersales, who are passionate about delivering outstanding customer service and thrive in a fast-paced dealership environment.
The Role
- Greet and assist customers in a professional and courteous manner
- Accurately identify customer service needs and record vehicle concerns
- Coordinate repair work with technicians and keep customers informed throughout
- Ensure timely follow-up and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
- Manage daily schedules and ensure timely completion of service tasks
Ideal Candidate
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Service Advisor within a franchise dealership environment
- Fluent in Arabic and English
- Strong customer service orientation and communication skills
- Excellent time management and organisational abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a team and under pressure
