We are looking for a motivated and experienced Car Sales Executive to join our client's dealership in Hertford.

Key Responsibilities
- Proactively seek new customers through calls, events, and product launches
- Manage and track leads
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular contact about products, events, and promotions, with a focus on customer satisfaction
- Deliver outstanding service to secure referrals and foster customer loyalty
Ideal Candidate
- Strong planning and organisational skills
- Strong work ethic, adaptable in a fast-paced environment
- High attention to detail
- Ability to meet tight deadlines and respond effectively to market changes
- The ideal candidate should have prior experience working in a main dealership
The Package
- Basic salary: £18,000 with an OTE of £55,000, plus a company car
- Working hours: Monday to Friday, 08:30 – 18:00/18:30 with a day off during the week; Saturday, 08:30 – 17:00; Sunday, 10:00 – 16:00 (1 in 3 rota)
