Role Details

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Car Sales Executive to join our client's dealership in Hertford.

If you have a passion for cars and a proven history of meeting sales targets while delivering excellent customer service, we’d love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively seek new customers through calls, events, and product launches
  • Manage and track leads 
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular contact about products, events, and promotions, with a focus on customer satisfaction
  • Deliver outstanding service to secure referrals and foster customer loyalty

Ideal Candidate

  • Strong planning and organisational skills
  • Strong work ethic, adaptable in a fast-paced environment
  • High attention to detail 
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines and respond effectively to market changes
  • The ideal candidate should have prior experience working in a main dealership

The Package

  • Basic salary: £18,000 with an OTE of £55,000, plus a company car
  • Working hours: Monday to Friday, 08:30 – 18:00/18:30 with a day off during the week; Saturday, 08:30 – 17:00; Sunday, 10:00 – 16:00 (1 in 3 rota)
