Our client, a leading passenger car and light commercial vehicle brand in Saudi Arabia, is seeking an exceptional National Parts Manager to oversee their parts operations across the Kingdom. This role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on the efficiency and profitability of a highly respected organisation.
The Role
- Develop and implement strategies to optimise parts inventory, availability, and profitability.
- Oversee parts supply chain, warehousing, and distribution to ensure timely delivery and efficiency.
- Collaborate with sales teams to drive parts sales and achieve revenue targets.
- Ensure high levels of service internally and end customers through consistent and reliable parts availability.
- Manage and develop a high-performing team across multiple locations.
- Monitor KPIs and drive continuous improvement in all areas of parts operations.
The Ideal Candidate
- A proven track record in parts management, preferably at a national or regional level, within the automotive industry.
- Strong understanding of parts operations, ideally within the GCC region.
- Exceptional strategic, analytical, and problem-solving abilities, with a customer-centric approach.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams across diverse functions and locations.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
The Package
