The Role:
- Diagnose vehicle issues with precision using advanced diagnostic tools and systems.
- Perform repairs and maintenance with diligence, adhering to the brand’s high standards.
- Clearly communicate technical findings and solutions to colleagues and customers.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Participate in ongoing training and development activities.
Ideal Candidate:
- Proven experience as a Technician in a Main Dealership, preferably with a luxury vehicle brand.
- Strong attention to detail and multitasking capabilities.
- Innovative problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication, tailored to diverse audiences.
- High-level customer service with commercial awareness.
- Confident use of Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
