Are you a results-driven leader with a passion for innovation and a proven track record in the OEM automotive industry?

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead the Corporate, Fleet, Pre-Owned cars and Premium Sales division for a globally renowned automotive brand in the Middle East.

The Role

This pivotal role offers the opportunity to shape and execute strategies across Corporate, Fleet, Pre-owned cars and the Luxury segment. You will drive business growth by steering importer relationships, developing tailored market roadmaps, and enhancing customer satisfaction. With responsibilities spanning strategic planning, sales performance, and premium brand positioning, this role requires a visionary leader who can navigate complex market dynamics.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement mid-to-long-term strategies for Corporate, Fleet, and Premium segments, ensuring alignment with regional goals.
  • Manage sales channels, marketing plans, and pricing strategies to achieve ambitious targets.
  • Build strong relationships with importers, royalty, corporate clients, and government entities to expand market share.
  • Lead the development of innovative customer-focused solutions for the premium segment.

Ideal Candidate

  • Bachelor or Master degree, preferably in Business Administration or similar disciplines.
  • 8-10 years of experience with an automotive OEM brand in sales leadership. Strong commercial acumen. Functional & disciplinary leadership experience preferred.
  • Strong personality and the ability to steer external partners across all hierarchies. Assertiveness, perseverance, ability to motivate teams, drive change and pragmatism.
  • Results-driven self-starter with strong initiative. Ability to lead across levels, be a role model and a skilled integrator. Developed coaching and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to harness the strength of diversity and possesses a distinct intercultural understanding.
  • Seniority in behaviour & conduct as leadership team / owner counter parts from importer side oversee multinational corporations.
