The Role
- Developing and executing the strategic vision while providing hands-on leadership across all automotive divisions
- Driving operational excellence throughout retail networks, aftersales operations and supply chain management
- Implementing world-class processes to maximise profitability, enhance customer satisfaction and strengthen market positions
- Leading digital transformation, AI and innovation programmes to ensure future readiness
- Building, developing and mentoring senior leadership teams across multiple regions
- Maintaining rigorous compliance with local regulations while upholding global corporate standards
Ideal Candidate
- Minimum 15 years' progressive leadership experience in large-scale automotive operations
- Demonstrated success in multi-site, multi-regional management (GCC experience preferred)
- Expertise across both premium and volume vehicle segments
- Outstanding financial acumen with proven P&L responsibility exceeding $1B
- Exceptional stakeholder management capabilities with OEM partners and board members
- Strategic thinker with outstanding operational execution skills
- Culturally aware leader experienced in managing diverse, international teams
- Genuine passion for automotive innovations and emerging technologies
