Role Details
Our client has an opportunity for an experienced aftersales professional to join their passenger dealership as Assistant Service Manager.
As Assistant Service Manager you will be responsible for a team of Service Advisors, Workshop Manager and Motor Vehicle Technicians in the workshop focused on aftersales excellence. You will analyse service advisor process and performance to ensure they are operating to the highest standards and providing customers with the best service. You will work closely with the workshop manager to operate a highly efficient workshop that works seamlessly with the service reception.
Requirements
- Currently a Service Reception Manager or Assistant Service Manager in the Middle East region
- Passenger car dealership experience with prestige or luxury cars
- Understanding of aftersales KPIs
- Lead, appraise and support employee performance
- Arabic speaking essential
- Maximise revenue and upsell with all customers
- A proven ability to coach, train and direct staff is vital to maximise performance and results
- Support management with reporting on performance and KPIs
- Committed to providing excellent customer service
- A thorough understanding of aftersales process
- Highly dedicated to progressing into a Service Manager position
The Package
US$ 49,000 annual salary package (tax free) plus company car, bonus scheme and expat benefits.
